My name is Hannah, I'm 40 years old, and I can't draw a straight line. I do love memes, as you can probably see, and that is my contribution to entertainment on here. I'm single, work in a post office, and a recovering alcoholic. I've been dry for quite a while now, so hooray for me!
I guess the reason why I hit the bottle in the first place is the cold shoulders I got from my parents when I came out as bisexual, and ended up spending a lot of time for myself in my flat, rejecting phone calls from friends, only left my flat to go to work and buy beer. All those little things, which eventually became one huge thing. After a while, it came to the point where my job started to get in the way for my drinking, and I called in sick more and more, usually on Fridays and/or Mondays. My boss eventually figured it out, and offered me some time off to get my s**t together, which I did, with meetings and all that. It was tough in the beginning, and cracked a few times, but today I'm clean and sober, and back at work.
I do miss having a few drinks with friends, but it's no longer a craving of mine.
That's about it about me, feel free to comment or drop me a note.
